Here is the view from the top of the Lincoln Memorial steps! We saw the Capitol Building, Washington Monument, World War II Memorial, Vietnam War Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, and a view of the White House from a distance!
The Capitol Bldg was closed in preparation for the 2009 Inauguration. This was as close as we could get!

It was a day filled with a LOT of walking! Emily was extremely grateful for the shoulder ride!
